Quipu can be used in various editions, depending on the need for more advanced functionality combined with support and maintenance services. The Free Edition is open source and can be freely downloaded and used. This edition is mainly used for and aimed at personal evaluations, proofs of concept and test drives of Quipu data model generation. Quipu generated models and views can be implemented using an ANSI SQL 92 template set. This set will work on the most commonly used relational database management systems (RDBMS).
The overview below presents the various functionalities and features that are available in the Free and Professional editions.
